Website and trade terms for HN3FOODS.

1. Trade customers only

This website and the products shown are for trade/business customers (shops, grocers, foodservice). Opening an account is subject to approval and to our trade terms & conditions, which we provide when your account is set up.

2. Prices

Prices are trade prices, exclusive of VAT unless stated. They are indicative and may change; the price that applies is the one confirmed on your account price list and at the point of order.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and to stock availability. Minimum order values or quantities may apply and, where they do, are set out in your trade account agreement.

4. Delivery

We deliver to the South-East & South-West, UK on a weekly or bi-weekly basis; delivery days and any charges are agreed with your account. Please check goods on delivery. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Perishable goods, shortages & returns

Frozen, chilled and ambient foods are perishable. For food-safety reasons, goods cannot be returned once they have left our control, other than items delivered damaged, incorrect or short. Any damage, shortage or incorrect item must be noted on delivery and reported to us promptly. The exact returns, credit and reporting process for your account is set out in your trade account agreement.

6. Shelf life & expiry

We supply stock with a reasonable shelf life at the point of delivery. Minimum shelf-life expectations differ between ambient and frozen lines and are agreed on an account basis; where a specific minimum life is offered, it is confirmed in your trade account agreement rather than guaranteed here.

7. Payment

Payment terms are confirmed for your account. Title to the goods remains with us until payment is received in full.

8. Brand ownership

“Deep” and the Deep logo are trademarks of Deep Foods, Inc. HN3FOODS is an authorised distributor of Deep Foods for the South-East & South-West, UK. Product images and brand assets are used to represent the products we supply.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our liability is as set out in your trade account agreement.
